Kuro Neko PH holds group orders for nendoroid split parts; and nendo/YMY/Obitsuroid 11 dolls, clothing and accessories. We also open group orders for various anime merchandise upon request or when we feel like it. (≧∀≦)

This shop is owned and managed by two nendo collectors and otakus: Ro-chan and Ri-chan! You may sometimes notice the difference in the way we reply or post hehe (Ri-chan likes to spam emojis, Ro-chan loves FB stickers)

We only operate online but we have two pick-up locations for preorders: Taguig City and Fairview, Quezon City.
For onhand items, it may vary per batch (may be from one location only).

Terms & Conditions
PREORDERS
Cancellations are not allowed. Otherwise, we'll not allow you to join our future group orders unless it's PAYO*. You will also not be eligible for any shop promotions, perks and discounts (if any).Products for preorder come from different suppliers overseas so delays are inevitable. ETA* is 2-4 weeks after the preorder cut-off unless stated otherwise.Some products may run out of stock without prior notice. We'll notify you if there are other variations available, then you may choose to change the variation (if applicable) or remove the item from your order.We normally use air freight delivery to expedite the transit time but we cannot give an exact date for their arrival. For bulky items, we use sea shipping (longer ETA) to save on the ISF*.Orders must be claimed within 2 months after receipt of arrival notice.We may issue discounts or refunds at our discretion for severely damaged goods received from our supplier.

Preorder invoices and arrival notices are sent via email, so kindly give us your primary or active email address (i.e. the one you always check!).We have a masterlist for all ongoing group orders and we update it regularly for easier order tracking.You may also check our FB page for updates or #KRNKPH_Update on Twitter.
PAYMENTS
Product prices posted are ALL IN (inclusive of ISF* and other fees) unless stated otherwise.Payment terms for Preorders:
1st Payment: Down payment + LSF* (optional)
2nd Payment: Balance (if any) + LSF (if any)
Please take note of the payment deadlines. Kindly coordinate with us beforehand if you really can't pay on time.Don't forget to submit a payment form to make it easier for us to confirm and for you to track your payments.

DELIVERY
Once on hand and fully-paid, we'll do our best have your order shipped out within 2-7 working days depending on the volume of orders being processed. Both admins have full-time work so please bear with us if there are slight delays in the ship out.Delays are out of our control once we've handed your package to the courier. You may reach us if you need help in tracking your package.We are not liable for any loss or damages incurred during shipment but we will do our best to avoid that by packaging your order securely. We highly suggest you choose a trusted courier and indicate an accurate declared value for shipments (if applicable).
